- Minimum age: 6 years
- Children from 6 and 9 years old must pay minors fee.
- Children between 6 and 16 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Adolescents aged 16 may participate just through a written permission signed by their parents.
- It is not recommended for pregnant women, people with back problems or recent surgeries.

- Pick up is available for hotels located in Cancun and Riviera Maya. Exact time of your pick-up will be sent by email after booking.
- In case we dont have pick-up for a specific hotel or location will be sent you the nearest meeting point where pick-up is available
Refunds and Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 48 hrs before = 100% refund
- Cancellations made between 36-48 hrs before = 80% refund.
- Cancellations made between 24-36 hrs before = 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before = no refund.
- No show = no refund

Amazing is an unstatment. Very well organized facility, excellent food and very friendly staff members. We spent an entire 8 hours here (snorkeling, Jetskis and ATVs) I would highly recommend this place to anyone and they provide transportation to/from hotel.
Awesome staff! Super fun riding the wave runners and atvs. I didn't see any sea turtles but saw a sting ray and they let fish eat of of your hand. Wave runners were pretty fast
All the instructors were very thorough in their explanations. They were all passionate about what they were doing and ensuring that the guest safely enjoyed themselves. This was definitely a tour that I would recommend to friends.
Had a wonderful time snorkeling, riding waverunners, and ATVs. Little trouble with getting our pictures off the disk but the manager of the photo shop was quick to fix the problem. Great place and people! Definitely recommend it!

Waverunners were a little slow, so if you want fast spend a little extra and do the Sea-Doo. ATV was amazing, our guide split the group in advanced and beginners so we were in the advanced and got to go a lot faster.
Good guides, fun playing on the beach, ample time on activities.
A great day. Especially when we had to stop by the small lake in the jungle and saw small crocodiles. Also the wave runners experience was a great fun. Snorkeling was a good to, we saw a very nice corral reefs and very nice and colourful fishes
