- 1 or 2 persons can fly at the same depending on the weight. The flight reaches an altitude of 700 feet. The maximum weight is 400 pounds or 180 kilos approximately (may vary).

- In case we dont have pick-up for a specific hotel or location will be sent you the nearest meeting point where pick-up is available
Refunds and Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 48 hrs before = 100% refund
- Cancellations made between 36-48 hrs before = 80% refund.
- Cancellations made between 24-36 hrs before = 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before = no refund.

Victor our snorkel guide was the best! He was very welcoming and personable. We would definitely recommend this tour!
We were not able to do the parasailing because we had someone in our wedding party pass away unexpectedly that morning. They did a great job getting us back to our resort. We recommend going snorkeling, it was beautiful water and Pepe was a great host.
The only thing I would suggest is that since the tour starts very early and is long, it would have been nice to be able to eat in between the activities ( especially for kids) instead of after the tour was finished. We got on the bus at 8:10 and finished parasailing at 3pm. We had an individual bag of chips on board and I wish I would have brought snacks with me.
Parasailing was sooo much fun!! My husband and I really enjoyed it! We were so nervous but it was surprisingly peaceful up there! The scenery was so beautiful and the guides really made me feel comfortable.
Parasailing was incredible, but snorkeling wasn't as good. The water was incredibly choppy. I know the company can't do much about that but it was a difficult experience
