This combo tour will take you to the imposing archaeological site of Coba to later visit the beautiful natural park Xel-Ha.
Enveloped by the jungle and built surrounded by lagoons, Coba was a major urban center that held economic sway over the Yucatan Peninsula through complex routes and alliances. The ancient city´s monumental buildings, its amazing network of roads, its stelae and hieroglyphic texts are only some of the distinctive traits of this splendid Mayan city.
Coba boasts archeological wonders and is home to the tallest Mayan pyramid in the Yucatan region: the Nohoch Mul Pyramid, which rises an impressive 140 feet (42 meters) above the rainforest floor. You will also have the chance to see the Church, the Mayan Ball Game and Ancient Mayan Paints.
Then you will visit Xel-Ha, where you will enjoy a full buffet and snorkel in the world´s most beautiful Natural Aquarium. You will also enjoy many activities like Bicycles, Natural lazy river, Children´s Playground, Chacas Garden, Cliff of courage, Swing Rope, Floating bridge, Trepachanga and more.

My 2 teen kids and I really enjoyed this tour. We had about 90 mins in Coba. Not too short, not too long, perfect length to look around, climb the pyramid and take a bunch of pictures. The guide was informative. Then we got to Xel-Ha at 1:10. we had about 5 hours at the park til pick up time. Enough time to do a lot of activities, swim, eat at buffet. We enjoyed it very much. Bus was very comfortable and pick up was smooth too. I highly recommend this tour.

Cobá! is amazing and should be seen! Xel-ha is fun and very pretty.
The bus was very clean and timely. Our guides Fernando and Mario were wonderful and fun. My children loved climbing Coba and learning about the history of the Mayans. Xel-Ha was gourgeous but definetly requires a full day to do it all.

Visiting both Coba and Xel-Ha in one day was a bit hectic. If we did it over again, we might visit the places separately. However, the tour company did a great job. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and provided a lot of interesting history as we toured Coba.
Coba experience was great, well organized, ample time given to see the sites and pleasantly surprised when we were able to climb to the top of the pyramid. Guide knew a lot about the history and was able to answer all questions. Pickup at hotel and drop off were smooth and on time.
time in xel-ha was to short. it is better to split these tours

I was really satisfied with the service we got for this price. Xel-Ha is similar to Xcaret from one point of view: it is huge. The food on the way to Cobá and also at Xel-Ha was brilliant, I can just recommend to everybody!

Loved all of it. Was surprised by the very fast bike tour at Coba & by the stop at a tourist market. Alex our guide was inspired and informative. Xel ha was brilliant. If I could do it again I would do the 2 on separate days, but this tour did an excellent job for people who don't have a lot of time .
Hint. Unless you're very fit, take the trike option, enjoy the ride!
The Coba tour was interesting although we got split up from the tour guide for the second half and that was disappointing as we missed discussion and information about the sites. We enjoyed climbing the ruins and learning about the history and culture of the Maya people. Our two sons 12 and 16, stated the ruins were the favorite part of the trip. Xel-ha was neat, I would have enjoyed having an entire day to spend there. My husband and I enjoyed snorkeling the River of LIfe and seeing the dolphins and parrots. Our boys enjoyed the cliff jumping and the hanging bridge. This part of the day was rushed just because we did the Coba tour and that took until early afternoon.
The first half of our day, we visited to the Mayan temple Coba and it was phenomenal. Ramondo was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable. He educated us about the temple, ruins and the people. It was a wonderful experience. The second half of our day, we spent it at the water park, which our teenage sons both enjoyed very much that include the buffet. Romondo gave us lots of information about the park before we left and that was very helpful. At the end, our tour had balanced out. My husband and I enjoyed Coba and our teenage sons enjoyed the Xel Ha water park! Thank you!
