Camel Caravan Expedition General Information:

Guided Camel Tour duration: 15 minutes of instructions plus 45 minutes of camel riding

Wave Runner Caravan General Information:

Operating Days: Monday to Sunday
Operating Hours: 9:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.
Maximum Guest Capacity: Single Wave Runner: 6 passengers / Double Wave Runner: 12 passengers
Tour duration: 15 minutes of instructions and 45 minutes driving a wave runner on a guided tour along the coast of Playa Maroma

Additional information

• Basic driving skills are required to operate the Wave Runners.
• Minimum Driving Age: 16 years (a driving test is required prior to the activity).
• Good physical condition is recommended for this adventure.
• The use of the vehicles is the responsibility of the customer and they will be billed for any repair costs incurred.
• Minimum Age to Participate: 6 years for Wave Runners, 8 years for camel riding.
• Children between 6 and 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult on a Double Wave Runner.
• Wearing a helmet is mandatory for the camel tour.
• Age Range for Children Rate: 6 to 9 years.
• Maximum Weight for Wave Runners: Single Base: 286 lbs (130 kg) // Double Base: 220 lbs (100 kg) per person.
• Maximum Weight for camels: 220 lbs (100 kg) per person.
• For your safety, if you have limited mobility, back problems, recent surgeries, or are pregnant, we recommend considering a lower-impact adventure, and we reserve the right to deny service for medical reasons.
• Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the tour is prohibited, and anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence will be denied participation.
• We reserve the right to organize the order of activities for the logistics, comfort, and safety of our customers.
• If you have any illness or special needs and are unsure about participating, we recommend contacting us to determine whether you can take the regular tour or if a special tour is required.
• Every participant must pay the Dock Usage Fee of $15 USD upon registration, without exception. This fee is not included in the tour cost.
• In case of not completing the activities for personal reasons, the charge remains at 100% without a refund.

What to bring

• Bring with you wear: Swimsuit, towel, a change of clothes, water-resistant closed-toe shoes, biodegradable sunscreen, a hat or cap, sunglasses, sandals, lightweight clothing for sun protection, and extra money for purchasing photos, souvenirs, drinks, and food from our restaurant, as well as cash for tips.
• Make your reservation in advance to guarantee your spot. The pick-up time varies depending on the hotel location; we suggest contacting us 24 hours before your tour to confirm your schedule.

Refunds and Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 48 hrs before = 100% refund
• Cancellations made between 36-48 hrs before = 80% refund.
• Cancellations made between 24-36 hrs before = 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before = no refund.
• No show = no refund
