Trip was amazing. Since we booked it months in advance, we forgot the first day of the excursion was on a Monday not a Tuesday. Called in and they moved the date over for us with no issues. Thank you very much!!! Very happy customer :)

We really enjoyed the tours although it was a little difficult getting taxis back from La Pasteleteria at night

The staff was amazing! It was fun, safe, and enjoyable. The zip lines were fantastic. I wish more time was allotted in Tulum. I did not get to see the whole place. However, I did get extremely sick from snorkeling in the cenote, which put a damper on the rest of my vacation. Travelers should be aware that this can cause stomach illness.

We were picked up at our hotel as planned. Driven to another location where we boarded our bus for the day. Found out here that our tour didn't include light breakfast as tour info stated. You should eat something before or bring snacks as lunch is not until 3pm. Ride to Xichen Itza is 2 hours with an additional 45 min stop over at a souvenir shop. Once we got to the ruins the guides gave an excellent 2 hour tour explaining history along the way. After this, we went to the cenote for a much desired swim and lunch. The buffet was excellent. Many choices of local entrees' and fresh fruits. 1-1/2 was just barely enough time here to swim & eat. Don't dawdle. We got back to our hotel around 8:30pm. Makes for a long day but well worth it. Highly recommend this tour. Only complaint was lack of leg room on bus. If your over 6 feet, your not going to be happy. (Maybe aisle seat with legs in the aisle.)

Very fun. Worth the money for sure! More time at Xel ha would have been nice as well as food before hand, we were tired and starving by the time we got there.

Pyramid at Coba is amazing. Climb to the top and enjoy the phenomenal view over the tree tops.

Tour was great, time felt a bit crunched since some activities can take awhile so there was no time to relax in between

The bus seats were too narrow which made the long ride uncomfortable. Tulum was very interesting. The tour lasted much longer than expected. I don't think the word Express is fitting. I also did not care for the shopping area before and after the ruins. Pushy vendors with too much time not spent in the small site. The actual tour time should be shortened. The guide was great and very informative. I did learn quite a bit.

Our guide Sergio was awesome. He shared so much knowledge of the ruins and totally made our trip enjoyable. We can't thank him enough for kind personality and willingness to share the culture of the Mayans. Two thumbs up

I love this place

My husband and I enjoyed this tour tremendously! If I had any advice I would say do the whole day tour instead of just half day, there is so much to see and a half day doesn't do it justice!

Zipline was awesome!! The food in the restaurant was delicious Had a great time. Strongly recommend it I love the fact that it wasn't a group activity like others where you have follow a guide and do as he says.

We drove there ourselves and almost did not make it because Cancun Adventure Boucher directed us to an adventure part south of Ranchos Bonanza, next time just tell your customers the name of the hotel where the Ranchos is located
